The history of the Musahar has been one of chronic impoverishment, subjugation and marginalisation. They have struggled to make a living in a society that has classified them as ‘untouchables’. After generations of shame and rejection, they are still trapped in poverty and ignorance. They need help to access to education. It is the only solution end their misery by the collectivization of community-led action and education The objective goal of this project is to strive for the solidarity with mainstream people through education and social reintegration of Musahars.
There are a large number of youths are unemployed especially girls in the target area. Due to lack of job possibility either stay back at home and are exploited and abused by the family and the community.There is a possibility of a job if one is proficient in English language and in computer, especially in private sector. With the coming of the new government, investment in the country from outside is increasing and there is a search for skilled workers to fulfil the need. Once they have the skill and knowledge, they are sure of getting a job which will bring self-sufficiency to the family and to the community.
This project will -
Provide tailoring and beautician training both to 30 Musahar youth/girls.
Provide English language coaching to 30 youth from the community especially to the Musahar girls so that they are proficient in the language in reading, writing and speaking so that they are able to get a decent job to support themselves and their families.

5. Three teachers Rs.10000x10X3 = Rs. 3,00,000
