Hi My name is Sudarsan Nayak and I am raising funds for shopkeeper's son, Myank Gupta. He is a student at Sri Chaitanya School. He has a father, a mother, He has been fighting Kidney failure.

Master Myank Gupta 7 years old boy with the history of moderategrade, intermittent fever since one week prior to admission; vomiting loose stools and decreased urine output since one day. Child was admitted elsewhere and received treatment for 2 days prior to admission. In view of persistence of systems, he was brought to Rainbow Children’s Hospital for further management.

Examination: He was febrile, maintaining saturations of 88 – 90 %at room air & thermodynamically unstable. Heart rate was 140/min,Blood Pressure 74/30 (44) mmHg and RR 34/min, Pulses were bounding ,peripheries were cold & CFT prolonged. On auscultation with  no organomegaly. On neurological  examination, child was conscious, coherent and interactive. Pupils were bilaterally equal and reacting to light. There were no focal neurological deficits, no meningeal signs of raised intracranial pressure.

He is currently undergoing treatment at Rainbow Children’s Hospital. Intensive care (ICU) is his only hope at getting better and living a normal life. His treatment will cost approximately Rs. 1400000.

We are unable to pay for the treatment due to Mayak's father is a Shopkeeper and he don't have any kind of insurance or savings.
