They say books take us to places we have never been, it’s the flavour we have never tasted and it’s the fantasy we have never lived.
Most children are fortunate to have access to books and visit stores. But there are also the children who have never held a new book in their hand, gazed at the dazzling cover and dived deep into the world of magical stories.
Inculcating the culture of reading among all students, beyond their Socio-economic and cultural background is the responsibility of every parent and teacher. How can we expect parents who are struggling to meet both ends, buy their children colourful story books? They struggle arranging for the basic school stationaries.
School libraries..! What about those under-resourced schools where there is no space to accommodate students? Or where there is no ground for students to play? Can they expect a library – a classroom dedicated only for books?
Well, the answer is yes. 
Idea of FLOW (Fun with Library on Wheels)
FLOW is an idea, a dream – to provide colourful story books and reading materials to those thousands of amazing children to their doorsteps.
FLOW is a project with a vision to get students excited about reading and learning by facilitating access to books.
Through FLOW, MANTRA aims to create and nurture a healthy reading habit among students in low-income schools / communities.
Reading can transform a person and in turn, an entire community. Through FLOW, we aim to achieve this transformation.
