My name is sharmita bhinder have been a co founder of a project  empower ngo for special children..and the purpose was to spread special education awareness teaching and training teachers .we work with all the special schools and specialise in specific learning disability
My partner Bharati kapoor and my mission is to spread education and when we started working with various orphanages realised an in house library was not there .We thus have begun with two orphanages bal sadan in panchkula and prabasra on kurali road
We are hoping that with crowfunding we will be able to establish libraries
EDUCATION BUILDS LIFE AND CHARECTER AND WE WANT TO GIVE THESE CHILDREN OPPORTUNITY ..
