With a vision to create a kind world for refugee children, our diverse team of 25 volunteers with an average age of 22 years from 11 countries (our youngest is 13 years old!) believe in doing whatever we can, with whatever we have, wherever we are. Keeping the power of a handwritten letter as the pivot, our wheel of change runs broadly on 3 spokes -
We send handwritten letters to Syrian, Iraqi, Yazidi, Afghan, Kurdish, Palestinian and Rohingya refugee children as tokens of love, hope and solidarity and also foster pen pal friendships across lines of conflict.
We inspire empathy in classrooms by raising awareness of refugee crises and sensitising school children while highlighting the potential of each child as a change agent in the society.
We work with the youth to promote inclusion, support vulnerable populations and bring communities together in various capacities.
You can read about our programs in detail on our website here.
We at Letters of Love strongly believe in the popular maxim, 'Many a little, makes a mickle'. Your humble donations will go directly into supporting our organisational expenses and logistical costs involved in printing and couriering the letters.
Your generosity could be the reason why tens of thousands of refugee children around the world are hopeful of a better tomorrow.
For all you know, for what it's worth, let's love !
