My name is Santosh and I am here to fundraise for my son, Kurmanath S. 

I work as a software developer, and I have two children, Tejopranathi and Kurmanath. Kurmanath is diagnosed with diabetes on the 2nd day from his birth and rare Genetic disorder IL2RA . He is just going to be 1.7 years old and right now weighs only 7.5 kgs. Later, we came to know he was diagnosed with a rare genetic mutation and requires to undergo Bone Marrow Transplant. This case of genetic mutation has only been registered with 4 cases, out of which only 2 babies have survived till this day. Kuramanath is one of them, but he needs to undergo a Bone Marrow Transplant to fully recover from this rare genetic disorder. We have to take an insulin injection daily for his treatment, and have to check his readings every 8 hours manually. In the 1.7 years of duration he has been hospitalized 16 times.

My 5 year old daughter, Tejopranathi looks after Kuramanath like her own kid, she never leaves his side. And always want to spend time with him and play with him. The expenses till today has been around 27 Lakhs which I allocated through loans, savings, insurance, etc. But he needs atleast another 25 Lakhs for his Bone Marrow Transplant.
