Funds for my classroom
Hi I am a Teach For India fellow assigned to a low income school in Pune, India called Kilbil Public School. I am teaching a class of 7th graders and am raising funds for the the following projects:
1) Fee for 11 girls from my classroom to attend a week long STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) course during Diwali Vacations (October-November 2014). The fee per child is INR 1600 and total funding required is INR 17600

2) Fee for taking part in OneWorld Classroom's Art Exchange program. Students from my class will create art work and exchange it with various classrooms around the world and learn about their cultures. A Skype video conferencing maybe possible between the classrooms. Funding required for this is USD 200 (program fee) + USD 100 (supplies and courier) = USD 300 (Roughly INR 19000)

PPS: Target was INR 53,000. The Target was reached on 30 September 2014, 15 days ahead of end date.
