My Brother-in-law named Md. Khan Shirajuddin had suffered from chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) for last 3years and he used related medicines with regular doctor checkups and maintain blood creatinine between 2 to 4. Everything gone smooth suddenly In Early February 2017 he had continuous fever and vomits due to sudden increase of creatinine to 7.9. We went hospital, Nephrologist said both kidneys are failed and suggest Dialysis primarily and kidney transplantation later for good quality of life as his age is 36 years. Initially we shocked as he is non-alcoholic and non-smoker. Anyway we accepted fate. Hospital management said 6 lacs would be the cost for kidney transplantation and needs to register in Jeevan daan program if any blood relatives unable to donate. His parents were ready to donate but they are diabetic. Doctors rejected. So we planned to register and in trials of arranging money and we continuing Dialysis in every alternate day.

Suddenly 18th March 2017 he felt little aspiration, we admitted in hospital. Doctors Done ECG and X-Ray and said reason is wetness of lungs. It will get cured by 2 or 3 dialysis. After 5 days he felt better. Doctors said that we can go home next day morning. We prepared for discharge. On 24th March morning at around 4 to 5 he waked, vomited and suddenly felt into unconscious unfortunately. He was unable to vomit out completely. Some of that went to lungs. Lungs didn’t pump blood to heart for some time and cardiac arrest happened. Due to cardiac arrest brain didn’t get oxygen for 3 minutes. That’s why he got unconscious (Doctors explained us). Duty doctors attended immediately and done CPR and shifted to ICU fixed to ventilator. After done CT scan and MRI doctors find this as “HYPOXIA ISCHEMIC SEQULAE”. Doctors done tracheostomy and they continued dialysis alternate day. They said he will get conscious but they are not assuring time. He is opening his eyes sometimes. For last 4 days doctors trying to keep him without ventilator support. He is responding. We believe in GOD. We believe strongly that he will recover soon by God’s Grace. Till now hospital bill crossed 11 lacs and we paid 9 lacs which is unbearable for us. His office insurance covered till 1.5 lac. And also we tried to borrow more money from our friends and families. One of my friend suggested this site.

He should come out and live happily with his wife and 3 years little daughter. His little baby asking for him every day. We pray God and believe in God.
