Story

I have been living in India for the last 1 year for a project and admired how beautiful Kerala is. I interacted with local people and became a part of their families.

For the last ten days, these people have been suffering because of the floods and some of them have even lost their homes.

I have helped these people (100 of them) with around ~10K Singapore dollars but this sum is not enough.

Shed for families to stay until the situation is improved 100/family (estimated)
25*100$ = $2,500

Relief Kit (food and daily necessities) costs (for a 4 member family) $50/kit.
25 x $50 = $1,250

Kitchen utensils $50/family

25*$50 = $1,250

Will try to support more families if additional funds are raised.

A humble appeal to Indians and my fellow Singaporeans to help these people - they are in great pain as they have lost everything which they had with them including their houses.
