My self Wasim Akram am 30years old residing @ Chennai.  i have been employed with pvt ltd company. While working suddenly in the month of Aug 2016 I got Kidney issue which after testing with doctor i got kidney failure (Chronic disease). After that i have been hospitalized and for living  till now doing Dialysis.  There is no treatment to cure except kidney transplant. So after 6month  I decided to kidney transplant almost all preliminary test has been over now hospital has given me estimation of Rs. 6.25 lakh entire operation cost.

In month probably am going for surgery in  Billroth hospital (A unit of Kaliappa Renal centre pvt ltd), R A Puram. Consulting Chief Nephrologist Dr. R Vijay Kumar but still date not confirmed because after payment only the hospital will confirm the date .

Now am requesting this amount mainly for my kidney transplant operation.

I have resigned the job  now am required  of funds to arrange  am not doing any job due to my health issue about 6 month and  family too  struggling not supportive. 

So i kindly request to help to get contribute the amount for my kidney transplant operation which will really helpful for me.

Kindly find the attachment of letter issued by Billroth hospital and report.
