We all are so concerned about our personal life that we do not have time to take a look about other things in the world. We have everything in life but we have forgot the humanity. We can spend 500 in watching a movie in a pvr theater but we can't donate that 500 to a needy one.
I, Pragati Khanna, an animal rights activist working on my own to serve, save and fight for animals. I reside in Mayur Vihar extension which is a part of New Delhi. I joined Animal welfare approximately 1.6 years ago to help animals and to fight for their rights. I m feeding now 30-35 dogs of my area who are weak and malnourished. I also rescue cases from my area and East Delhi region. I am also fighting for Animal cruelty cases all alone in Mayur Vihar extension. I never step back in rescuing any case including parvo, distemper and rabies too and I do this all alone without anyone's support. I am also taking care of sterilisation and vaccinations of my area dogs.
I have quit my job long time back. I used to work with a very reputed MNC in Noida. The moment i was getting more deep into Anima welfare I realise to work full time to save animals.
Dahlia, one of my rescue is admitted in Sophie Memorial Animal Relief Trust in Greater Noida as she is a permanent paralyzed case with spine broken. She is admitted in SMART SANCTUARY from January and dahlia's every month treatment and stay cost is 6500 and I haven't paid the amount since January. Dahlia, the paralyzed kid was also rescued my me from dharamshala hospital in Mayur Vihar extension. Dahlia need to pay 39,000 to smart sanctuary from January to July.
Pedigree consumption every month = 12 bags of 20 kg * 2800 = 33,600
Medicine consumption of every month = 5000
Vaccination cost of 9 in 1 = 900*15 = 13,500
Supplements cost including vitamins tablets, bone builder, Salmon Oil consumption = 5000
Total consumption of my monthly expenses for fur babies = 40,300
Dahlia's treatment and stay cost from February to July = 39,000
Even your 100 rs contribution can make a big difference to our furries life. They are only dependent on your contributions and support because I do not even have a single penny to spend on their neccessaties.

Dahlia is not anymore in this world now. She died at Smart Sanctuary early morning because of acute tick fever, kidney & liver damage. She was under treatment but she couldn't made it. Attaching the link below from smart sanctuary where they posted an update about dahlia as a proof that she is not anymore in this world. A sum of US & $368.10 is going in the account of Trustee kaveri Rana of Sophie Memorial Animal Relief Trust for the pending bills of dahlia however, campaign hasn't been still completed.
