I am writing to ask for your kind help to save my son’s life.
My son Mohamed Azarudeen age of 26, is known to the case of Wilson’s disease-related liver cirrhosis diagnosed in 2006. Since then, he is on the regular treatment of tablet Trientine (Syprine) and zinc tablets. In 2007 he had variceal bleed thereafter he was on periodic follow up as needed.
Since Trientine (Syprine) tablets are not available in India, we are initially struggling to import drugs from Valent Pharmaceuticals International, NC from the UK moreover, we could not afford this drug as well. Based on our request, the company arranged a sponsor from the Wilson Disease Organisation and supply the drug for a discounted price in order to lead his life with the help of this drug past 14 years.
Currently, he is admitted in intensive care with a history of worsening ascites associated with fever and loose stools and he is being treated as chronic liver failure precipitated by sepsis, complicated with refractory shock, fluid overload since the overall clinical condition of my son is poor and doctors advised us to go for early liver transplantation.
Since I am working as a driver in a private concern, I am not financially stable and cannot afford the cost of the liver transplantation and Medical treatment of my son which is beyond my affordability and I am the only breadwinner in my family.
Therefore, hereby humbly request your kind self to help me in possible way to carry out my son’s liver transplantation
All my family would be extremely grateful if you would help us in whatever way
