I am writing to request financial assistance for my cousin from your organization. He met with accident in Shirur, Pune and have serious brain injury and multiple body injuries. He is hospitalized in Sahyadri Hospital, Shastri Nagar, nagar road, Pune. His father is farmer with little land form farming. As a result of unexpected and significant medical expenses, we are experiencing extreme challenges while collecting fund.

Suggested Treatment: Elevation of depressed fracture , Duroplasty ,tibia fixation, metacarpal fixation , tendon repair.
