This is Thor, the neighbourhood stray from Dodamarg, Maharashtra. He was recently attacked by other dogs and has sustained injuries. He has a severe ear and skin infection. His wounds got infected and he smelled foul. People threw stones at him and shooed him away. His injuries would be fatal if left uncared for. There is no Animal Rescue Centre in a 50 km radius which has added to the transportation expense. Mr. Atul Sarin of Welfare for Animals in Goa (WAG) in Siolim, Goa has agreed to help and have taken Thor to the WAG Clinic. Thor will be operated and sterilized and also needs to be housed in the shelter until he recovers.

The estimated cost for the medical expenses is Rs. 10,000. Please help him by contributing for his surgery and treatment. Donation of all denominations is welcome. We must help Thor get back to his feet, being his moody cute self. They are also a part of our society and should be treated with dignity.
