Team Turbo-Crafters, A student team of SIES Graduate School Of Technology, Navi Mumbai are building an All Terrain Vehicle(ATV) to compete in Mahindra BAJA SAE India, the pinnacle of ATV championships in India with over 387 participant teams nationwide.

The build up to the final event involves teams conceptualizing, designing, fabricating, testing and validating an ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE which can survive some of the worst conditions imaginable in the automotive world.
In this 3rd Edition of the Team Turbo-Crafters's venture, they have successfully qualified the virtual elimination rounds by securing an ALL INDIA RANK of 22, coming 2nd in Mumbai Region among the nationwide 387 participant teams. The Project requires building an ATV with extreme specifications and uncompromising performance. Achieving this target involves a total budget of around Rs.6 lakhs which covers the building of the vehicle, procurement of components ,transport and event registration fees, which is hard figure to source from personal contributions of the 25 student team members.
