Story
Venkatesh,36,was highly confused at the age of 18 and dropped his studies due to financial issues in his family.Having spent almost 5 years working in slums delivering Milk and working in a hotel,he always dreamt
of a better life.Since he was a college dropout, getting a job in the organised service sector was a challenge.
After a lot of hard work he improved his communication skills and joined a BPO. Since then its been no looking back.He first completed his Graduation and then his MBA and is now working for a leading Management Institute.
He feels, with a little bit of sharpening of skills and handholding the fate of a number of youth living in the
slums can be changed.
