Dear Saviors, miss Manjula is stuck with a serious clinical condition in which spinal cord protrudes out due to a faulty opening in spinal canal and also associated with fatty swelling beneath the skin. This defect leads to many pathetic effects like loss of muscle power of hands and legs, loss of sensations, major spine deformities leading to irregular body posture and walking style and alterations of feeding habits, bowel and bladder habits . 

This needs to be fixed surgically which calls for an amount of Rs.2,50,000/-. But the income sources of Manjula's family aren't strong enough to make them afford for surgery.
