In this time of crisis, various individuals and organizations are engaging in collective action to fight back and provide us with a ray of hope. One such organization doing god’s work is HEMKUNT FOUNDATION.
This Gurugram based NGO has been fighting Covid since the first wave. They started off with fulfilling 100 requests for O2 cylinders in a month in 2020 to 4000 requests a day now. With initiatives like #O2drivethru and Tent city, they are now providing patients with Oxygen, beds, and meals. Hemkunt Foundation is leading the way in the fight against Covid.
Despite all their initiatives and efforts, they are not able to meet the high demands of 15,000 O2 cylinders per day.
Through this fundraiser, we hope to help them procure Oxygen and essential medical resources.
We urge you to donate to this cause as much as you can. Every contribution matters, no matter how big or small.
Together, let’s help India breathe.
A rupee worth O2 gas is not high,
It decides if the weak live or die,
Help them get another breath,
Be the difference between life or death.
How much Oxygen are you donating?
Roughly, 1 Litre of Oxygen costs 1 Rupee.
For a patient with a moderately severe condition,
500 Rupees will buy them 1 hour of Oxygen.
2,500 Rupees = 5 hours of O2
6000 Rupees = 12 hours of O2
