Subject: Requesting Financial help for medical emergency of my cousin

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Jeevitha M, relative of Mr. Hariprasath aged 19 yrs.

I am writing this letter with great hope. My cousin Hariprasath met with accident on 18-Mar-2018. He has sustained severe head injury.

He has subdural hematoma and skull fracture (problem on both sides of Skull and Brain). Major surgery needs to be done at left side. Right side may also need surgery.  

Doctor has informed that the treatment would cost approximately Rs. 3,00,000 to Rs. 5,00,000 and he needs hospitalization for atleast 15 to 20 days.

He is fatherless and his family's economic situation is poor. Hence cannot afford such huge medical expenses and they are looking for financial help.
