Help us build a toilet for girls in a school

We are group of five members who are working towards building toilets for girls in schools . I was set aback looking at the horrifying hygiene conditions for girls at various schools and at many of them toilets are not even there . About 23% of girls drop out of school because of poor sanitation facilities , this was really heartbreaking for us because we could see that the dreams of  girls were being crushed because of lacking of a basic necessity . Sanitation is a human right and must be available to all . Keeping this in mind we got emotionally attached to this project . With Whatever  money we receive with your support we are going to install toilets for girls in schools . 

Even though we are starting this project as part of our coursework we are still very attached to solving this issue . We want to install these toilets and become an inspiration for thousands in India . I hope that everyone can donate and support the cause . We collaborated with a non- profitable organisation called Akshayapatra (https://www.akshayapatra.org) which  is  very experienced and has helped many projects . They  gave us helpful information on our project and were a great motivation for us . The price of the toilets has been confirmed by Project prasaadhan which will also supply us with the toilet structure and give various contacts to help us with our project   We are going to build pre cast cement structure toilets which are easy to install. These would  cost INR 40,000/- per unit and we would be installing two of these for the girls . This cost would include installation, tiles , soak pit , ceramic pans and all other fittings for this structure . The entire supply and installation of the toilet superstructure would cost INR 25,000/- while the tiles , soak pit , water tank  would cost INR 15,000/- . As the payment is processed the toilets would be installed and in use within 15 days . They are easy to install and maintain thus being very suitable for us to install them . We aim to finish building these toilets by 15 January,2019 . The toilets would be installed in a school near Bangalore in a rural region  where sanitation is lacking for girls. If we do not achieve our target we will install one toilet and also raise awareness about sanitation and hygiene among girls .Our cost estimate has been attached .  I hope that you all can understand and donate for this cause .
