The real name is Ashok Lama
He is from Darjeeling , West Bengal .

Danny - "I am working here from last 47 years in the hostel messes. I have worked in every Hostel."

Danny - "Guess karo , चौंसठ , sixty four."

"I was seventeen when I came to Chandigarh for the work . That is somewhere around 1969."

On talking about Hostel Experience " people in our Darjeeling are not into stealing . They come out and enjoy . Even if you keep a car unlock , they will not touch it . "

Earlier he used to come on a Horse, with this hat. Then he shifted to Cycle.
Now he comes on foot. "I do cycling because थोड़ा exercise ho jata hai"
He is working right Now in Boys' Hostel No. 3,Panjab University ,chandigarh !

Today he is suffering from cancer. He works as a mess worker in Panjab University hostel  from last 47 years and doesn't make much to bear the medical expenses.
