Help Our Friend Amit Fight Blood Cancer

My friend Amit Kumar Patel who is a NIT Durgapur 2016 graduate and is currently pursuing M. Tech in IISc Bangalore, has been diagnosed with blood cancer 2 days ago. It has come as a shocking news for all of us who have known him through all our college years. The cancer is in fourth stage as told by doctors and needs to start with sessions of chemotherapy as soon as possible as a part of the treatment. He requires 8-10 lakh rupees (an initial estimate) for his treatment. He might also have to undergo a bone marrow transplant based on the spread of cancerous cells.
Therefore it is a humble request to transfer howsoever amount you can spare in this time of need. Please try to contribute as much as you can as it will help him get started with the initial chemotherapy sessions. Also please try to spread this information among your friends and anyone who is willing to contribute. Any amount of contribution is appreciated as it will help him in this critical time.

Amit has been undergoing chemotherapy sessions as prescribed by the doctors. He recently contracted jaundice from which he's now recovering. He is very thankful for the support and wishes he has been getting here.
However, he has also been suggested antibody therapy as a part of the cure which adds 7.5 lacs to his treatment cost (Attached cost certificate). Therefore, we request you to kindly spread the word among your friends, family and colleagues and help him so that he is able to speedily recover from cancer.

Thank you all for the support you have shown through your contributions and kind words.
Amit is undergoing chemotherapy at M S Ramaiah Hospital in Bengaluru. His bone marrow test results have been encouraging. The doctors are of the opinion that he might not need the bone marrow transplant as of now. (I am attaching some of the bills below.)
Amit was recently diagnosed with jaundice which caused a hiccup in his treatment as chemotherapy had to be stopped for some time. Thankfully, he has recovered and has resumed chemotherapy.
We request you to keep supporting and praying for his well-being.

Dear supporters,

Thank you so much for the support you have shown us over the past few days. With your help, Amit has been able to start with the initial treatments before his chemotherapy begins.

However, there is still a long way to go and Milaap has been very generous by matching every individual contribution with additional 20 percent over the next two days.

Therefore it is a humble request to please support Amit's cause at this time and also share the same with your friends and family.

All your kind words and support have helped us bring a smile to his face.
