Venkata Lakshmi is a 25 year old woman with two daughters aged 8 and 6 years. She has been diagnosed with posterior disc herination along with spondylolisthesis.
Knowing that she will need a lot of money for surgery her husband has abondoned her, now she has been left with no means to survive with dignity. Now, meal once a day is also getting difficult. Her only means of lively hood is through working in houses as a maid which she needs to stop because of her health conditions. Now her means of expenditure is zero.
