12-year-old Tanuja is a school going girl but suffers from a severely bent spine. Her condition is so severe that it is hard for her to walk or do anything that a girl her age would normally do.

Doctors have recommended a spinal surgery to straighten her spine and the total cost of treatment and surgery is amounting to around 4 lakh Rs.
