Naseer Syed 33 year old from Karimnagar - Telengana (unemployed) in Dammam - Saudi Arabia. On a trip to beach (5/11) Rastunara while playing with his friends he dived in water and fell on his head and fractured his neck. He is now admitted into Qatif central hospital. He is paralyzed and currently on ventilator. Doctors will be performing surgery on 20 May 2018 to fix the spine fracture.  Hospital gave an estimate of SR 60,000 - SR 90,000/-
Medical report: Cervical spine showed fracture dislocation of C5 vertebrae compressing the spinal cord.
He has wife, younger brother and old parents.
As per doctors they can fix the spinal cord fracture but he may not be mobile because of C5 vertebrae compressing the spinal cord and will remain paralyzed.
