Two years ago, I was making dinner for my family when something terrible happened. I had a seizure and fell into the stove's fire. It hurt so much – my clothes burned onto my skin. When my husband, Preetam, came home, I was crying and couldn't move. We hurried to the hospital, and the doctor said I needed urgent surgery because my burns were really bad.
Now, my right arm doesn't move well, and my face and chest have scars. The surgery costs a lot – about INR 7.50 Lakhs. We're a family of seven, and we work at a sugarcane mill, but we barely have enough money. Every day is hard with only 400 rupees to live on.

Being a mom to five kids makes it even tougher. I'm always in pain, and it's hard for me to do things for my children. When they look at me with sadness, it breaks my heart. I just wanted to take care of them, but now I can't do much.

We don't have money saved, and there's no one else we can ask for help. All we can do is hope for kind people to help us. My dream is for my children to see me without pain, with hope in their eyes instead of sadness.
