I am Kuchimanchi Srikant Rao suffering from CKD (chronic kidney disease) stage V and presently undergoing dialysis twice a week and recommended for kidney transplantation as soon as possible.

I am suffering from anemia and have to recieve weekly iron sucrose injections apart from regular medications.  Now presently I am not able to do my regular job and in lot of financial crisis so any help is greatly accepted.
