Story

Hi this is Shouvik Biswas a final year medical stdnt of R.G.Kar Medical College &Hospital. From childhood i always wanted to be a doctor. But nothing is been going well for last 1 and 4 months as I m suffering from Hodgkin lymphoma a kind of blood cancer. Initially my spinal surgery was done at Chennai,Apollo hospital. But unfortunately i was misdiagnosed as case of t.b.and took akt medicine for 5 months. After 2nd surgery at,NIMHANS,Bengaluru the disease was diagnosed. Then it was all about chemotherapy.l went through the process of chemotherapy containing 12 chemos.By this time I have become totally paraplegic and suffering from severe back pain.Again disastrous news, not only i was not cured but also the disease progressed . Now in between all these we have already become almost bankrupt. Now doctors are going to do the 2nd line therapy including bone marrow transplant. Total estimates are 45lakhs. Its impossible to gather this amount of money in short period of 2 months. So my cardinal request to you, please looking at the situation help me as much as you can, because your help can give me another life..can give me another chance to become a doctor and serve to all those persons who are suffering like this.
