OUR STORY-
SAYODHYA is a charitable non-profit organization based in Hyderabad, established in 2010 by a group of women employees in Dr. Reddy’s Foundation which seeks to primarily cater to women in need of shelter and support. These women felt impelled to start this home after witnessing in their field work a need for a safe haven for women in distress. This shelter home is a transit refuge center for women and children who are escaping range of abusive situations-physical, sexual and emotional, who have no social support systems to rely on and also to rehabilitate them.
