34 year old head of the family suffering with cancer.  He needs
help for surgery, chemotherapy and for hospitalization.  He
used to work in a departmental store with an income of 5000 to 10000 rupees per month and he came from a very poor family.   He got initial help from "aarogyasri" and it did't help much in recovering from his situation.
