Rahendra Tripura, 25, Son of Chandrajoy Tripura, from Dhalai Tripura, North Eastern state of India. Suffering by Acute Pleomorphic Adenoma in Parotid Gland, and his further diagnosis is going on at Guwahati Medical College & Hospital (GMCH). It's passed months when he have last food  through his mouth. He Belongs from a four members, Jhum Cultivator family with sibling and parents.

In the month of July 2017, It was etching on his ear, he visit doctors for several times and doctors were prescribed him some ear drop and tablets. But after few weeks it start swelling on right backward lower face. Parents thought it was a simple boil, But swelling increasing day by day. So parents take him to Agartala Government Medical College and stayed around 15 days, but due to financial issue they had to go back to village and started to use some locally available Ayurvedic medicine. But as days goes on his swelling is increasing rather than subsiding.

Finally when it's goes worst, it's villagers who collect some contribution among them and send him to Guwahati Medical College & Hospital and currently admitted in ENT department,  3rd floor, Male ward, Bed no: 26. Where it is diagnosed as Acute Pleomorphic Adenoma in Parotid Gland(But further diagnosis is going on). "It is very risky and high expenditure to execute a surgery in the effected part as it is in that position where facial nerve including many veins and arteries are involved" - Said Dr. A BAROOAH, MD, ENT Dept head of GMCH.
