Mr. Rabinarayan Panda, head master of
Binapani High school, Balasore is undergoing treatment for brain and kidney related desease at Kalinga Hospital Bhubaneswar.Right now he is at ICU. He almost spent lakhs from his PF fund for treatment. As he is running short of money, seeking financial help .
He has four daughters, none of them are married, neither engaged so source of other income isn't there.
