Nandgaon is one of the worst drought-hit Taluka in Maharashtra as declared by Government. All the natural sources of water like a river, well, dam are already dry.

There are around 3 lakh people in Nadgaon Taluka. Currently, most of the villagers have to walk 2-3 kilometers  in the heat of 44-45°C degrees to get water from the borewell or from other available faraway water sources. From 13th April 2019 Param Chaitanya Foundation, a non-profit organisation has started water supply at needy areas.  Since last 4 years, Param Chaitanya Foundation is continuously involved in all types of research as well as detailed study in Natural Geological imbalances and trying to get solution. We have begun supplying water at every possible place under Param Chaitanya Foundation's Water Scarcity Solutions Project

We want to reach to every needy family in Nandgaon Taluka as well as all over Maharashtra. we are looking at raising 12 lakhs for this project. Your small contribution to this project can help to satisfy a thrust of all needy people.

What you can do?
We all have to help people of Nandgaon only for 3 months  of every  Apr- May -June when the water crisis is most sever. Our small contribution can help these people to survive during this tough time.
As per our survey an average family needs 600-800 liters of water on a daily basis. However, in drought hit areas like Nandgaon and other villages of Maharasthra, one family uses 600-800 liters of water on a weekly basis.

We aim to provide bare minimum water supply to every family in Nandgaon Taluka.

Each tanker costs Rs. 500 which contains 3000 liters water. We need to provide 400-500 tankers/week, till June, 2019. To meet  minimum water requirement of each family.

Your small step towards humanity can bring smile to many faces.
