*Kidney transplantation for Mohammed: Cost of the operation and treatment is 6 lakhs...!
My Best Friend Mohammed, who is 34 years old now, needs financial help. He is fighting for his life for his family.
A little background on Mohammed, he is from a poor family and yet he managed to complete ITI in Electricals and immediately joined work as a Support Staff for less salary due to his family’s financial condition. As life went on, he married and got two children’s. The tragic day came where, he met with a serious accident which lead to hypertension and from this his kidneys got affected. Initially he didn’t notice this, but as time went by the symptoms started showing. He was admitted to hospital several times after which the doctor found out that both his kidneys were not functioning normally. He was under medical treatment for about 2 years where the doctors were trying to bring him back to normal condition. He was a healthy person weighing 80+kgs, who now weighs less then 50 Kgs. Now both his kidneys have stopped functioning and doctors have suggested for "Kidney Transplantation" to be done immediately.
At present he is undergoing dialysis which is costing nearly 20,000/- per month. Until now he has managed with the financial support from his relatives and friends.
Please help Mohammed! He is now losing hopes as the only way is to get a transplant done in order to lead a normal life.
The good thing is that, his Mother is ready to donate 1 kidney, but the Bad thing is transplantation cost is 6 lakhs and he is not in a position to afford this treatment expenses.
