Nakshatra’s aim is to enrich the little ones with a perspective about their inherent potentials, which can be enhanced and converted into opportunities for future.
Nakshatra is an event of Bhumi. Bhumi is one of India’s largest independent
youth volunteer non-profit organizations. Our volunteers work amongst over
18,000 orphaned and underprivileged children every year in over 12 cities of India providing children with quality supplementary education. Nakshatra Arts is the annual inter-orphanage arts, literary and cultural talent
fest for children. Over 5,000 children from 110 children's homes have benefitted across Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, New Delhi & Tiruchirappalli every year. This is 9 th edition of the event in Chennai Nakshatra[ January 28th 2018] will influence 650 not so privileged kids and would need 350 Rs per kid to make it into reality.

Out of this 2,30,000 we have already fundraised around 50K. We need 1,80,000 more to fulfill the dream of 650 kids.
