I am Hasem from Bangladesh. I am a scleroderma patient. My doctor diagnosis this in 2015 and told me there is no better treatment in Bangladesh and suggested me to go to Bangalore for the treatment. Sir my father is a poor farmer so it is difficult for him to pay for my treatment. 

After knowing the condition my friends & university administration provide some financial help. With that money I showed myself Bangalore Manipal hospital for 1st time. My doctor Yogesh provide some medicine, by taking medicine I felt better for 8 months and later my condition is so extreme that I have to go to Bangalore for 2nd times. 

My doctor gave me two injections and told me to show myself after 3 months later & provide some medicine. All the cost was bared my university & friend. and tell me to show myself after 3 months later. Doctor also told me that I have to take these medicine still I am alive & I have to take this injection if my condition bad again. 

If I go to Bangalore for my check up & buying medicine After 3 months later by the by then I have to spent 60000 rupees. so it is difficult for my father to manage money.
