I am Mr. Ere Gowda Badamalappa, from Sevamandir, Near Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh. I am 29 years old and working in one of the private company in Hyderabad. 

I got admitted to KIMs, Kondapur, Hyderabad on 1st July and came to know that my platelet count has dropped down to 28000. The doctors asked me to get a few tests done after which I came to know that I have been diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia(AML M3 type).

Recently, I have shifted to Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology, Bangalore on 4th July for further treatment, also, continuing as an in-patient at KMIO, Bangalore.

 

 It is a fact that the treatment for this disease is very expensive and apart from this, I may need platelets on daily basis from donors.
