I, PR Vasantha residing in Madurai, my son PR. Govindan, aged 26 years, working in a private hospital as Driver in Chennai, alleged history RTA skid and fall on 09.09.2017 around 11:30 p.m., sustained injury to head, right leg, right forearm, H/O LOC, nasal bleed GCS-E1V1M1, intubated and put on mechanical ventilator.  CT Brain shows evidence of inter hemisphere with suprasellar, contution with right laterla wall of orbit with no evidence of mid line shift and diffuse axonal injury.  USG abdoman perihepatic subcapsular collection with hypoechoic perisplenic, collection noted at the time, hypoechoic noted in the liver, parenchyma contusion (s/p) PARENCHYMA CONTUSION.  a) X-ray Right thigh - communicated supra condylar fracture right femur, b) X-ray Right leg both boness fracture - proximal 3rd, c) right forearm apl lateral, distal radius fracture, d) Right wist Ap/oblique- hand of 3rd Metacarpal fracture (MC), Bone of 4th/5th MC.  Basic lahs investigation done.  Patient undergone 2 sets of surgery.  Explorative laparotomy + wound debridement, knee external fixaion right leg (1 sitting) +POP done in right hand.  Blood transfusion done (PRBC + FFP) (post-op/pre-op).  Slowly patient recovered and extubated.  But patient needs long term hospitalization and 2 to 3 more sitting procedure for right leg / hand.  The medical expenses are expected to be around Rs.12,00,000/-.  I request you to kindly help my son liberally to get him into the treatment and for his life recovery.
