Help a daughter to save her father
Govind Patel, age 47, married and father of three kids ( 21 years (F), 19 years (F) & 12 years(M).

His both kidneys are failed; Blood Creatinine value is 13.2mg/dl against the normal value of 0.67 to 1.17mg/dl. Doctor advised to go for kidney transplant. Now he is diagnosed with Hepatitis in which his liver is damaged. He is a part of the BPL (Below Poverty Line) scheme offered by the Government. Doctor advised to go for dialysis first thrice a week which itself is costly. Government hospital doesn’t not have the proper instruments for dialysis; hence they ask to go to private hospital, which they can not afford due to lack of funds. He was the bread earner of the family but lost his job due to illness, now only his elder daughter is earning which is not sufficient to go for the required treatment.

Hence, I reach out to all of you requesting for your blessings in the form of any financial help that you may be able to extend to him. I would also request you with folded hands to socialize my request in your circles respectively and help a fellow human being. Few medical records are available for your reference, if you may feel the need to go through them.
Please help him to get back on his feet so he may take care of his family.
