I am Sangamesh Natikar, an engineer based in Belagavi. I am trying to raise funds to help a family friend in Mysore whose son is suffering from a spinal disorder.
Fiero Jain, 14, is born with Congenital spinal anamoly and Arthrogryposis with Scoliosis. Under current conditions, his Spinal cobb angle is at 65 Degrees. He is handicapped by both his legs and needs to be carried on wheelchair all the time.
Doctors have recommended scoliosis surgery to help him at least keep moving around. If his condition deteriorates, he will be bed-ridden, unable to sit upright.
The surgery needs to be done at the soonest and is being planned in December 2018. Fiero's family is poor and is unable to bear the expenses of the surgery and his rehab. Your contributions will directly help foot the hospital bills and also help Fiero through post-surgery recovery.
A bit more about Fiero: Despite his physical challenges, Fiero is a chess prodigy and has won some local competitions (Google: "fiero chess mysore"). Please help this boy continue to enjoy the game he loves with his beautiful smile.
