Hello my name is ARNAB PHUKAN and I am a student, I belong to a poor and OBC-NCL category  family, its my graduation final semester but i was not able to pay the fee, due to my family financial problems i was not able to pay my fees for my last semester please help me to pay my education fee....
I'am a final year graduation student of AIMT Guwahati, Assam Under Gauhati University due to my family financial problems i was not able to pay my fee.. as it last date was Nov 15 or before of 2018.. so help me to pay my final fee of Rs. 19000
