I am Ramakrishna, my son Nihaal, aged 20 months, Date of Birth: 19-08-2015 is suffering from  PFIC (Progressive Familial Intrahepatic Cholestasis), a liver disorder from birth, because of which he suffers intense itching.  

He keeps scratching his body rigorously day and night resulting in bleeding. He neither eats nor sleeps. Unable to bare the pain He keeps crying continually, because of which he suffers intense itching.
We have consulted many  hospitals, doctors, tried many medicines to subside itching but in vain. As a final resort we even tried "Rifampicin", but of no use.  My  son's health started deteriorating day by day.  Doctors suggested to undergo "Liver Transplantation" which they say is the only option left and is mandatory if my son is to stay alive.

Since Nihaal's (my son) birth i have spent 3 Lakhs for his medication and ran into debts.  For a daily labourer like me, who struggles  to provide food twice a day, its impossible to pay 22 Lakhs for operation. We repeatedly approached Government since last six months for help but we were denied.

Doctors gave us 3 months of time and operation must be done within deadline, if my son should live.  Because my son's body isn't receiving any vitamins and minerals he isn't walking.

Myself and my wife spent many sleepless nights and our health started deteriorating, as we watched helplessly our baby son's demise. Doctors estimated that operation would cost around 22 lacs.  My wife, Swetha, is ready to donate a portion of her liver to help our son. All we need is a little help with the funding.
