Ayush Madye ,my nephew age:01 month, is facing heart related issues.
Doctors have advised us to take him to Mumbai for Heart Surgery within a month as he is having 2 holes in his heart.
As he belongs to a middle class family ,funding is needed for him to get cured.As per Doctor's estimate it will take around 2.5 lacs in all to get him operated.
We need help on urgent basis ,as we need to operate him within a month only as per doctor's advice.
Within next few days we will take him to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.
DO help us to get him out of this.
