This is AMIT my brother is a farmer suffering from Chronic kidney disease from last One Year now we are not able to continue his medical treatment due to short of money and doctor suggest us to go with TRANSPLANT amount of which is 750001 INR.  We are not able to arrange this amount and my brother is getting down day by day it is very difficult for him and us too to survive on these circumstances .
