Abha has been diagnosed with a broad based right ICA pcom aneurysm with right PCA is fetal in origin and is seen arising from the fundus of aneurysm. She needs coil embolization and clipping of the aneurysm (brain surgery) to fully recover, which will cost around Rs 1,700,000.
