We are working on identifying the unique talents through a patented tool, work on holistic Skills Development & then providing employment for the segments in Rural Areas, School-Dropouts, Specially-abled children & Housewives.

Vardaan has already trained more than 25 thousand individuals last year in 2016 but we have taken this initiative #LakhiBagh this year & setting up #GyaanVardaanKendras (Digital Labs) in Mumbai, Pune, Nasik, Bhilai, Vadodara, Ahmedabad  where in they would also be provided skills development, medical, boarding and other facilities during the process & providing sustainable employment and raising funds for the CapEx/OpEx right now to achieve our vision of providing 1 lakh employment opportunities by 2020.
