After this diagnosis, doctors have suggested for an open heart surgery Hence the case is complex and needs to be addressed urgently with care.
We belong to a middle class family and we have been financially worse because of my husband's illness (dilated-aortic-aneurysm). We cannot afford this complicated Open Heart surgery. Hence funds are required. Please help in the best possible way which will help me to get my Husband treated.
