Please find the attached medical documents of Mr.Mohammed (aged 19), is the son of V.Chan Basha.  Mr. V. Chan Basha is my close friend but not social media savy due to the educational background, so I am helping to raise the funds. His son Mohammed had a severe injury in his left hand back in 2007 that caused his elbow amputated. For the past ten years, he has been  surviving with a non-functioning shorter hand due to the bone loss. I am sure we all can understand how painful it could be! 

Only hope for his poor family to at least moderately reduce his pain is to get a surgery done which will give him an artificial elbow structure to support his 2 disconnected bones. The surgery can be done in a day, but the patient needs to be under observation for 15 days in the hospital. The total costs for the surgery will be approximately INR 6 Lakhs (All fees)  which is far from the reach of the family due to their financial situation. The surgery is essential to perform at this time because his bone development is in final stages and its perfect time to position the artificial elbow for better adaptation. Hence, they request for financial assistance. It
will be of great help to the family and for him, if we can offer whatever is
feasible for us.
