New Life Victory schools provide high quality school education to migrated poor marginalized underprivileged children in Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida NCR, Delhi those who cannot otherwise access or afford it. The schools adopt a nurturing & wholistic approach to education, helping children learn joyfully. More then 50% of the children are supported on concessional fees in New Life Victory School. Your donation will go towards critical infrastructure like classrooms, learning material, school bus, etc. for the students of New Life Victory School of Eternal Life Fellowship Society in the coming academic year 2019-20.
Here’s how the funds will be utilized?
Funds will be utilized as following
350 children school fees @Rs. 850/- x 12 months equal to Rs. 3570,000/- which USD 47600/-
350 children two pair uniforms @Rs. 1200/- equal to Rs. 420,000/- which USD 5600/-
350 children books & copies @Rs. 1000/- equal to Rs. 350,000/- which USD 4670/-
Total Goal Indian Rupees 4340,000/- which USD 57870/-
Challenge
Despite considerable economic progress in India in the last couple of decades but poverty has continue to be prevailed in urban areas. Children in urban slums/undeveloped areas have been denied access to proper quality education with schools lacking basic facilities, teachers being unmotivated and frequently absent. Even those who eventually make it through twelve years of schooling graduate lacking even basic skills, making it impossible to seek gainful employment or pursue higher education.
Solution
Quality school education is the only ladder for these slums/undeveloped areas children to climb out of poverty. New Life Victory School of Eternal Life Fellowship Society creates a bright future for 900 migrated poor marginalized underprivileged children in two schools providing quality infrastructure, computers, joyful learning aids, English language program & wholistic development through sports, yoga & nutritious noon meals. The schools actively promote girls education. The schools teach health & hygiene.
Long-Term Impact
Children passing out of the school would have received a good quality education with English and computer literacy and wholistic development, which would enable them to realize their full potential in any field they choose. This quality education is the key to lifting them and their families out of the vicious cycle of poverty. Teacher augmentation, English & remedial teaching in schools lead to improved quality of education producing more confident & educated children.
