We are a group of teachers who are currently pursing the Teach For India Fellowship. We teach in a private school named Divine Child High School in Malad, Mumbai. All our students come from economically weaker section of the society but have the desire and the zeal to do amazing things in life. 

To continue their education in the 9th grade, they will need a total of Rs 15,000 for the year. It will include school fees (Rs 1000 per month = Rs 12,000) + books (Rs 2000) + exam fees to be given to school (Rs 1000). 

We are raising this money so that we can make sure that their education related choices in future do not get restricted by their financial capabilities.

To do this, we want to raise Rs 4,50,000 to support 30 of our students for one year. We will be able to reach more students if we receive more funds. 

You may contribute any amount that you wish. For Rs. 15,000 you can bear the expenses of a student and mentor the same student. 

If you don’t wish to contribute online or at a stretch, you could contact us and we can work out a solution where you directly issue the funds to the school for the fees.
